Jinsu Hong Real Pork Trust Consortium

Dr. Hong’s research focuses on multidisciplinary swine nutrition/production studies, addressing pig health and sustainability in swine production systems. His research expertise is in utilizing alternative ingredients, biofuel coproducts, and cover crops in swine diets, assessing life cycle assessment (LCA) and sustainability values of those feed ingredients, and determining the environmental impact of the feed ingredients/feed additives through in vitro experiments & animal feeding studies.

Bio:

Dr. Hong conducts nutritional sustainability research in the pork production system as part of the Real Pork Trust Consortium.
