I lead the Swine Medicine Education Center which is devoted to teaching swine veterinarians and veterinary students clinical medicine and applied research techniques. My research program is focused on applied pharmacology in swine, the efficacy of pain mitigation for lameness, validation of telehealth tools to detect disease, and water supply biosecurity.
Bio:
I will lead a team from the Swine Medicine Education Center that will translate technical information about swine health to meet the needs of a wide range of consumer understanding.
